Our team’s deep experience in system design and installation of RF systems and transmitters means thorough and cost-effective preventative and corrective maintenance service for our customers.

Our Services

• Digital RF System Planning:
  A LINEAR sales engineer can consult and assist you with your digital needs and RF system planning. By determining the site parameters and aligning the requirements for an effective digital deployment plan, mistakes that result in poor performance and higher costs can be avoided.
• Transmitter Installations and Optimizations
  LINEAR ESO provides complete installation and optimization of Linear Transmitters and Exciters, and encoders and filters. As an added value, LINEAR can pull together the right-sized team of antenna, microwave, cable, and other 3^rd party suppliers required to turn-key your installation. We’ll help you optimize your station’s coverage to fit your market or terrain.
• Transmitter Maintenance & Troubleshooting
  LINEAR provides preventive and corrective maintenance on LINEAR products. LINEAR engineering team members are available to visit your facility with the appropriate level of test equipment to troubleshoot and provide you with an assessment to repair on the spot, or schedule accordingly.
• Frequency Verification Services/Proof of Performance:
  LINEAR specializes in frequency verification and field strength measurements. LINEAR will is available to coordinate a visit to your facility and determine if your transmitter is operating in compliance. We will measure the RF radiation exposure and visual aural carriers of your Analog TV or the pilot carrier of your Digital TV.
• Passive RF System Services:
  LINEAR engineering competencies includes a complete array of passive RF system services on its equipment including: optimization, tuning, and repair, as well as maintenance on filters and combiners. If a troubleshooting exam identifies a problem with transmission line and/or the antenna, we can help there too.
• Monthly Services Program:
  LINEAR ESO offers both Frequency Verification and Passive RF System Services under a low-monthly contract arrangement. Please contact us to learn how this program can save you time and money at your transmitter site.
